I recently watched an episode of MTV's True Life where they chronicled one woman's quest to compete in a local Ms. Fitness competition. I was very inspired by her story. The young woman on the show had a personal Ms. Fitness Coach who was able to help her with everything from diet & exercise to her choreography. I think for a new comer to this arena, having a Ms. Fitness coach would be a great way to start. Does anyone know where I might be able to contact a Ms. Fitness coach? I live in Washington State (Seattle area).
