Competing in a Ms. Fitness sanctioned event and the Ms. Fitness USA and World has been one of the best experiences of my life! Anyone can do it- that means you- if you have the drive and heart to do it.
What area do you live in?
I'd recommend you purchase a Ms. Fitness USA video tape and/or tape it when it comes on Fox Net Sports in Jan. so you can view the fitness routines. (Now remember these are the top finalists so the level is at a much higher level than when you first compete locally. There are no required moves and you don't necessarily need dance or gymnastics background. Many of my clients with no background have been winning local shows.
I hope to see you at a competition in the near future.

I have competed for the Ms. Fitness USA competitions for the last 2 years and must tell you it is a whole new beginning. I am a dedicated fitness professional and I have only learned that to be in the race you have to endure the hurdles. Ms. Fitness will teach you not only to experience and grow as a person but you will grow as a competitor. Order the videos and see what is needed and expected of you. Then be ready to accept the challenge with yourself. Anybody can do Ms. Fitness and come out a winner if they want to.
