I'm training for a competition in July and I tell you what after eating clean for 6 days I have to let go and eat something that I really am craving on my day off. Don't feel bad that you ate the cookie dough! We have to learn not to overdue it with our healthy eating, I say that because when we do when you finally have something that you really are craving,!! we tend to overeat You said that you fell off the bandwagon. Get back up dust yourself off and start again. Have a cheat day!! That's the only day that I survive!! Remember you can do whatever you put your mind to! ;D

AMEN to that! I have to indulge once in a while or I will go crazy. You tend to not want to eat so healthy if you don't. I am in training for one in June & I've already cheated, more than I should. But it happens.

I love this post! It's totally me : ) I am glad I'm not alone, and not the only one who cheats, I mean binge cheats! Thank goodness you're all soo honest .
