I am in the gym six days a week and would like to be a potential contestant in 2009. Ive gone from 33% body fat to 18% since April but Im willing and motivated to go all the way! I just don't know who to turn to. How do I find a trainer in Charlotte NC??

First of all I would like to congratulate you on your current weight loss. Doesn't It feel wonderful! If you're not a member of a local gym, pick up a phone book and scroll through the yellow pages and start calling different gyms and asking about personal training sessions. I'm sure someone will be willing to help you! Hey keep that same motivation that you have. Look where It's brought you from. Now look again at where I can/will take you!! Good Luck!!
