Mix in blender: 6 egg whites 1/2 c oatmeal 1/2 c soy milk 1 scoop vanilla protein powder cinnamon to taste vanilla to taste
After it is well blended you can add chopped up banana and strawberries. Then you cook on the stove top just like regular pancakes. You can eat plain or add spray "can't believe its not butter"

I believe thats fattening? Isnt it? I have tried the one with low carbs and gluten so that when i really need to lose weight and i am craving i have this one. INGREDIENTS:1/2 a banana, 1/4 cup egg whites, 1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder sweetened with stevia, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1/2-1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tablesthingys of unsweetened vanilla almond milk. METHOD: Combine all the ingredients in a bowl then mix and mash with a fork or hand held blender and put into a pre-heated greased frying pan. Let the bottom set so that it’s easier to flip. When the bottom of the pancake seems solid, flip it over.Your pancake is ready.
