¼ t. thyme ¼ t. sage 1/8 t. pepper 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 1/8 c. sugar-free raspberry jam 1 T. orange juice (may use low-sugar) 1 T. cider or red wine vinegar
Rub spices on chicken. Lightly brown chicken in a skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Transfer to a spray-coated baking dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes, or until the juices run clear. In a saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil 2 minutes. Serve over chicken.

Great recipe. Let me ask you? Are you a chef or what? You have posted seriously some awesome recipes or maybe i am an extreme food lover. I like innovations and i clearly see it in your recipes. I want to ask one question and that is does this taste different with the raspberry sauce chicken? i mean is it something that sauce is served seperately?
