Hello,
I am a 25 yr old woman that has been weight lifting for the past 6yrs. I have always been interested in competing in the NPC, and I have just hired a personal trainer to help me achieve this goal. I was curious though what the required body fat percentage for a woman who wants to compete "on -season" is. Right now I am at 15% body fat, and I'm not sure how much leaner I need to get. Thank you so much for any help with this question.

This percentage purely depends on your body structure and the cardiovascular exercises you practice. For instance, i know a female practitioner who go beyond 7 to 8%. So, try according what suits you best and for your looks a great piece of advise. have photos of your progression. this might give you a good idea.
