1T. water ½ t. cinnamon 1/8 t. ginger pinch of cloves 1 apple, cored and chopped 1 T. raisins 1 T. pecans or walnuts 1/3 c. orange juice 1 t. lemon zest
In a small skillet, combine and cook the first 6 ingredients for 3 minutes. Add the juice and nuts. Simmer until the apples are tender. Cool and top with zest.

Uuummmm sounds yummy. Oh yes, you get that right sweets are my weaknesses and i know this must be very mildly sweet and obviouly it has apple as a core ingredient. I would surely try this. Yes i will. But lemme ask one thing that is is there a way out that i can make brown sugar crumbles on both sides of the pie so that it doesnot remain to be without crust?
