1 T. minced garlic 2 T. chopped green onions 1 lb. raw shrimp, shelled and de-veined ½ t. ginger 1 T. tomato paste 2 t. Chinese chili paste 2 t. cider vinegar ½ t. pepper 2 t. Splenda chopped cilantro (opt.)
Spray a hot wok or skillet with non-stick spray. Add the onion, garlic, and shrimp. Stir-fry for 1 minute. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients except cilantro. Add the sauce to the wok. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until shrimp is done. Sprinkle cilantro over the top.

Hey there this is certainly a great recipe. I mean seriously mouth watering. But unfortunately i am little allergic to Chinese chilli paste i mean i get to sneeze when i have it. I would be glad if you tell me some good alternative for that and also tell me do you a real good recipe for shrimp balls as that are my favourite.
