My name is Natalie Simons, and I am a certified Pilates Trainer. All of the training I do is on the Reformer, Cadillac Wall Unit and the Wunda Chair. It is a kick butt workout. Standing at only 5'1", I was pleased with how Pilates lengthened out my muscles after years of weight training and hard core aerobics!! I lost 10 lbs in 3 mos. of training, and got rid of my back pain.
