I am now dieting down for 1ST my competition which is in June. I am starting to get major cravings that are hard to fight off. So here's a few questions... Is margerine ok to use ? Is there any sauces I can dip my chicken strip pieces in? My diet is for 19 wks ..I'm on my 3rd week and I've been eating clean and working out everyday I've dropped 9-10 lbs already, so am I on the right track or below average? Also I know this is going to sound desperate and silly but how long into the dieting down process do most girls start to see the defintion of a six-pack ? I am getting excited and I know its probably different for everyone but I need the inspiration to look forward too! I keep telling myself that I CAN DO THIS!
I would use olive, oil flax oil , good fats to stave off cravings. Also are you eating good carbohydrates such as sweet potatoes brown rice oatmeal grapefruit strawberries etc. ? Try some of the recipes on the forum if your bored with plain chicken. If you need condiments use them in moderation,just make sure the fat and sugar content aren't very high and watch out for too much sodium as well. 6 pack, well it depends on what bodyfat you started with and where you carry it most on your body but generally 14-16 weeks of eating clean is when most competitors notice their 6-pack coming in.
