Did you know that your body needs minerals in order to process the other vitamins and supplements you take? I just started taking a new product. It is amazing!
What does anyone else take?
Thanks!

What I have learned is that our everyday meals (I mean the average persons) do not provide enough nutrition for our bodies. Unless you eat half a kilo of vegetables everyday, which includes 9 kinds of vegetables and fruits +fresh juice +vegi salad. But there are dietary supplements which contain the necessary nutrition for your body. I take military grade pre-workout products. What I like is that the effect is felt quickly. I go to the gym occasionally, but these supps always make me feel top-notch.
