hello iam trying to get in shape and my goal is to one day be in a ms fitness comp....but i don't know how to start
iam 5'5 185 lbs my problem is in my mid section thats where i gain the most weight could any one please maybe send me some info on dieting and which supplements to use and i have a gym membership so i need to get a good eating plan along with exercise please help me.....

You should try the new on line training and or nutrition that Ms Fitness provides It's an incredible tool for newcomers
