Hello! I am planning to go to the local GNC to purchase some supplements to add to my healthy(I hope!) diet. I am in the process of losing some fat and increasing & toning the existing muscle I have. I would like something that will help to tone and add some muscle to my body. Does anyone have any reccomendations? I don't want to get talked into buying something that won't help. Thanks

Hi, Here are a couple of supplements I like that have worked well for me; GLA and CLA, GLA Gamma Linoleic Acid is a great supplement and one of the most natural ways to activate fat burning in the body it boosts the weight loss through the activation of brown fat adipose tissue. CLA Conjugated Linoleic acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid that prompts the body to burn fat as energy. Research and studies have shown that the use of CLA may accelerate fat loss while it increases lean muscle mass, and also work as an antioxidant in the body. I also supplement with an excellent Whey protein that doesn't use artificial sweeteners. I hope that helps.

I think supplements are not good instead for natural things.

Don't use any supplements or steroids for the purposes of weight losing and muscles building because the usage of the supplements and steroids has no any good effects for the health and fitness. You should improve your diet plan and take healthy and balanced diet for your good health.

Very good article, thank you very much! When I decided to start taking vitamins, I went for a consultation with my doctor and after that, I started looking for vitamins that would work for me. I use Opti gym-expert.com/best-multivitamin-for-men-bodybuilding/. Just better to consult before you buy one.
