I am located in Rockville, Maryland but can travel to DC and VA.
My wife and I have converted our apartment's second bedroom into a 10'X14' studio space.
The camera I use The Nikon D50 with a 28-105 3.5-4.5 lens. I am a big fan of natural light, but I also use two AlienBees B800 monolights and several different coloured backdrops.
Please do not be shy about expressing your own ideas during the shoot. This helps make it a joint effort. It does not matter if I have shot the same pose 400 times, I have not with you yet!
I shoot in the studio utilizing a variety of sets and props as well as at several outdoor, picturesque locations. I have access to a football size field (the Grafton School) with deep trees on two sides. It is right behind our apartment complex, literally a two minute walk.
If there is something you are looking for, some new type of look or shoot let me know. I am always working to improve my portfolio and shooting style.
Model gets a CD of all images original file size. That way you can edit and crop any photo to your own specifications. I have a PC in my studio so you can see how your images look. After the shoot, I will burn you a CD of all images.
Of course, if the model wants to bring an escort or friends to the shoot, the more the merrier.
