A Ms. Fitness USA competitor, certified personal trainer, and Group Fitness Director for Fitquest Fitness Centers in Westchester, Ohio, Linda Mitchell is the mother of three children. She writes a column called Fit Over Forty for Ms. Fitness Magazine and leads a special group fitness program called Girlfriend’s Bikini Boot Camp.
