What do you talk about in your "speech"? Also, one website says you will have 60 seconds, and another says 30 seconds?? Is it really just "Fitness is important to me because..."??

The speech time was increased from 30-seconds to 60 last year.
Your speech should not be devoid of fitness, but to be honest, there is only so much that can be said about fitness. If something significant happened in your life to get you involved in fitness, definitely include it. Or if you are making a difference in others people's lives through fitness include it.
However, one of the major intents of this round is to evaluate your public address skills and your comfort levels when addressing an audience. It is also the first time the judges will be seeing you, so you want to make this personal and have the judges notice YOU and get to know YOU so that they are looking for YOU in subsequent rounds of competition.
