I've become more and more "vascular" over the past 5 years and I don't like it! Is this a function of age? (I'm 34) or excercise? Primarily my training has been hardcore skating with a very light amount weight training thrown in.
I've always been very tall and thin but lately I've noticed my hands and wrists are becoming increasingly veiny. How and why does this happen? I know some women are just prone to it (look at Angelina Jolie) but is there anything you can do to stop it?
