Hi! I wanted to get some pointers on were to start to get on a great diet and also a great cardio plan. I currently do cardio 3-4 times a week but not a lot of weights. I also want some advice on supplements to start to gain more muscle and lose fat. I am about somewhere between 25-30% body fat. What can I do to start, there are so many different things on this site I just don't know where to start. Please help!
To change your Body Fat I would recommend adding Weight/resistance training to your regimen as well a eating clean. The Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman is excellent for weight loss. In her book she recommends various supplements. The Eating Clean Diet by Tosca Reno is also a great resource.
