Are there age classifications for competitions? I am 57 - have been working on my fit body for a little less than a year - But I don't think I can or even want to compete against women 20 or 30 years younger

You only ever compete against yourself. Thank goodness. Ms fitness doesn't have an age limit, I'm 47 myself. My personal Ms Fitness Journey has been empowering to say the least. The minute I said I do I embarked on a journey of self-improvement, setting goals, and seeing my lifelong dreams fulfilled. I am so thankful for all the blessings that have come my way just because I became a part of The Ms Fitness Organization. I now like to pass the torch and inspire other women that they Can Do It!

i.e. All one category - 20 or 60, you're in the same competition. I'm 33 and don't love that fact so I hear ya! I say do it anyway!

in my opinion, what counts for ms.fitness is motivation and your aim to acheive the objective. I am really glad to hear that women of your ages are reluctant enough to take part in such competitions. Do not hesitate and aim for what you think you can. Ms. fitness surely is a competition but look at a more brighter side. You are living healthy. isnt it?
