Hi everyone! I am a 26y/o female from Deerfield Beach Florida. I love to work out and try to hit the gym or go for a run 3-4 times a week. I have always wanted to push my fitness level to the max and train for a show, having finished college recently and becoming a PTA, I figure now is a better time than ever to start training. However, I have no idea where to start? I don't exactly have a lot of $ to hire trainers either, has anyone trained without a trainer? I lack a gymnastics background too, has anyone taught themselves? I don't know where to start but i definitely have the determination and perseverance to pursue this dream of mine. If anyone has any advice, please post : ) Thank youu
