Hi, I am not interested in competition - I just want to have the body! I realize that along with the workouts, diet is key, so I have been experimenting on my own with a lower calorie/higher protein diet, and it has made a big difference. But what kind of workouts to you ladies do? Right now, I do a lot of bootcamp type classes (5 a week). These incorporate cardio, total body and some targeted exercises. I choose these classes because the instructors are amazing and push me past my limits. I also try and get in a yoga class about once a week, a spin class, a little running and use the chin-up bar every day. I want to be lean and ripped. Any advice?

For a real lean body, obviously diet is very important. however, i recommend that you also drink green tea 3 to 4 times a day adding a pinch of stick of cinnamon , 1 green cardamom, 1 small stick mulethi, a pinch kalonji, 1 clove, ginger n garlic 1 piece each. and some mint leaves also
