This is a great workout brother. Thanks for the share. However, i want to add up that you must also try squats. I have recently opted and it and read about its usefulness. I like it because squats strictly focuses on 9 muscles of our body thus reducing extra fats from thighs, legs, belly, lower back. This is great.
