I have recently started with the weight lifting stuff. You know what i am peculiar about building up my muscles but i donot want to harm my inner self. I mean i do not want to go for stuff that is harmful to me when i get old. I have seen people doing supplementation. Most of them are very useful but has a pinch of steroid action. How may i avoid that? is it good or bad?

The best way to lose weight is to exercise regularly and try to eat as healthy as possible. There are so many supplements on the market that it really isn't possible to say which are the best available.
The best way to lose weight is still to go on a healthy consistent diet and regular exercise. Taking only weight loss supplements to lose weight will not work in the long term. You will gain back the weight once you are off the supplements. There are natural supplements that help speed up weight loss though.
