I am battling a disorder called Hypothyroidism. This is the kind of thyroid that shuts down your metabolism. I have hired 3 different trainers and a Dietician and have had no luck in dropping my bodyfat. I eat 4-5 meals a day about every 2-3 hours. I eat very clean. The only factor that I know might be stopping me is not doing enough cardio. I have no energy at all. I force myself to do the cardio. I have been taking Synthroid for 2 years now. If anyone could give me some ideas or any information I would really appreciate it. I would like to compete someday in the future. Thanks!

I think you should treat your disorder i.e., Hypothyroidism by using a pure, synthetic T4 which is widely available. Before, desiccated thyroid tablets were used to treat this disorder but it lacked consistency of potency from batch to batch. So, use T4 as this is a more stable form of thyroid hormone and requires once a day dosing only.
