Hi all, I’m looking for an advice on weight loss program. I’m weighing 310 pounds and aged 43. I’ve been working hard to lose my weight, but nothing is working for me. I tried many fat-free diets, but it doesn’t help me to lose weight. I even tried workouts in fitness centers, it gave some progress in the weight loss, but yet I want to lose a lot more than this. Recently I heard about long term weight loss programs are ideal for men like me. So I searched and found Harvey Brooker a weight loss program for men in Toronto. So I’m planning to join there for a 12 months weight loss program. So any suggestions on weight loss programs would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I think it will help someone now, too. Losing weight is not a quick process unless you want to harm your health. A calorie deficit and workout will help you lose weight. Discipline is important, don't lose your motivation.
