I have been eating really healthy and clean for a few weeks and was really really hungry at one point today and snuck in a chocolate donut and I feel super guilty now and I'm wondering if I have thrown all my hard work out the door now? Is this a really big deal? Should I feel as terrible about it as I do? HELP!

Nobody is perfect forget about it and move on. As long as the majority of your eating and workouts are on track 1 do-nut isn't going to kill you. I tell my clients to plan for some failure in other words you are going to crave something sweet so be prepared and have better choice's available for those weak moments. If nothing satisfies you the two bite rule is also good. Last but not least if you don't keep doughnuts in the house you will be less likely to eat them.
