Hello! I am 21 years old, approximately 5'3'' and weigh around 115lbs. I am by no means overweight, but there are still several areas on my body where i could afford to lose. What is an appropriate goal weight, or percentage of body fat for me? At 125lbs I was at 22% body fat, which is TOO high. i haven't check body fat percentage lately. I am also using protein shakes and thermorexin dietery supplements....any advice would be appreciated.

Your bodyfat is in the healthy average range for women. Going below a 12% bodyfat isn't really considered healthy or safe for women. You can't spot reduce however by cleaning up your diet and adding weight training you will notice your total body will improve. To start, try to cut out all refined carbs, white sugar flour salt sodas etc. Transfats and overly processed foods . Try to eat lean meats, protein, lo-fat dairy, fresh fruits/veggies and nuts. Also include good fats Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily and you will be on your way to a leaner you.
