I was just wondering if there is someone who could give me some advice on toning at home? I'm31 years old, 5'6 and weight 125. I have alot of muscle but it seems since I've gotten older that nothing works like it use too. I would love to go into fitness, but I dont think working out at home with a Boflex is going to get the job done. Any ideas?

If your totally against working out in the gym I would purchase some free weights, a Resist-A- Ball and a bench for home. Hire a personal trainer to put you on a home program. After a few months I would have your trainer come back and revamp your workout. Also it wouldn't hurt to have your trainer teach you some sound nutrition/supplementation.
