I just got my certification for personal trainer, so I'm pretty new, I've been a volleyball coach for a while, but I would like to get into figure fitness. I need to lose about 9% body fat. I really don't have the time to cook properly. I exercise 6 days a week, and I play beach and indoor volleyball (about 3-5 days a week). I need some advice on what to do with my diet. I heard about a couple of places where they cook the right meals for you, and they deliver it to your house every week. Does anybody have any suggestions? Is this a good idea? Thank you, Janett

Diet is 80% of your results. Maybe you could prepare and cut up all of your veggies and grill chicken/Fish etc. on Sun. Seriously make the time to prepare your food and it will be worth it. Maybe someone out there knows of a place that will prep competition food for you. If so please let us know.
