Hi I'm pretty new to the Competition world. I did my first Ms.Fitness Competition July of this year. I was wondering how far out do you start to practice your routine. And during off season what type of diet and exercise routine do you follow. I notice since I'm not training as hard that I feel and look a little soft. Please Help!! Sharetta B.

4 mths or so. someteims a month out if I know it already.

ohhh, off season. I am just in completiong of an off season video clip serious for bodybuilding.com regarding fitness and figure off season prep covering everything, keep your eye out for this to come out in the next couple months free.
