Hello, My name is Mamawah I have never done a competition before so I really don't know where to start and I'm having a hard time getting in the right direction. I have been eating alot of fish and and other protein and working out 5 days a week. I'm taking a gymnastics class and working out at the gym doing cardio and stregnth training for 2 hrs 3 to 4 times a week. I have a basic understanding of fitness, but I'm not sure exactly what I need to focus on for this competition. If you could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks
I have been training with Cathy Savage (cathysavagefitness.com) and I am very happy with their program and support for competitors. She has videos that can help with the nuts and bolts of competing and even offers choreography packages. She offers camps as well as classes at her fitness complex in MA. Check it out!
