I have been training for 6 months for the fitness competition. It has been a rollercoaster ride! My husband says I should be able to train for this on my own. I disagree with him however, how do I know if I chose the right trainer?

Make sure to ask for references and credentials so you can see where their experience lies. I definitely would not choose someone without a proven track record of getting others to where they want to be. Find someone who not only knows their stuff but is encouraging, motivating, and supportive of your competition goals.

This helps alot! The one I currently have seems to be focusing more on what doesn't look good on me as opposed to what does. Thanks for the help. Is Tiffany Yee the only person you recommend in Denver?
