Help me PLEASE!!!! ;D I am 26 years old, the mother of three very little children. (21/2 & 10 month twins) I NEED to compete in order to fulfill some personal goals of mine, however, I don't feel comfortable with the "fitness routine" portion of the Ms.Fitness competitions and would like to compete in figure on March 2, 2009 in Kansas City but I am having a really hard time finding any information on what I need to do for the figure portion. Do I still have to complete a routine? I've been searching online for months but still can't seem to get the info I need. I'm new to this world but would LOVE any help or suggestions I can get from all you experts!!!
I have also been looking at suits, I think I need a one piece and a two piece but I am 5'9" tall with a long torso and I am 25% bf right now & put on muscle well. I'm training hard and my diet is clean-- but I need to know the specifics of what I should be doing to get a figure body, and also what I will be expected to do in the competition! HELP ME PLEASE! I know this is all over the place but I'm really confused:)
I am currently lifting HEAVY, muscle groups once per week, doing HIIT cardio 3 days per week for 20 min. Doing Plyometric type workouts and steady state cardio the other three days & I take one day off. My diet is similar to Body for Life and I'm 13 weeks out. Should I start cutting carbs? Should I start doing bodyweight work outs?? AHHHH So much info, with no focus! Please help me!!! Thanks in advance!
