Kristine Morris Has Been a involved in fitness for over 10 years. Being a mother of two small boys I found it difficult to lose my baby weight. In less than 8 months I lost 40 pounds and 20% body fat thru training and eating clean.
Kristine’s clients have ranged from the “Newbie client” to the athlete. Boot camp Las Vegas has been Kristine’s home for two-half years. Boot camp has been involved with thousands of clients, and is currently assisting over 400 clients in Las Vegas. Kristine herself has trained over 500 clients and has following that has been with her exclusively for over two years, she devotes herself to helping people meet their physical, personal and professional goals through diet, training and cardiovascular programs. Her achievements as trainer, coach, motivator earn her acclaim and recognition in the fitness industry. Her personal dedication to each one of her athletes is unmatched; countless clients attribute their personal success to Kristine’ support and vast knowledge as a fitness trainer and nutritional expert.
Kristine’s clientele include Tri Athletes, Tri Fitness athletes and people who have several pounds to lose.

Kristine has also earned several Figure and Fitness Titles as well has participated in two Marathons, Triathlons and Obstacle and adventure competitions. She has a vast knowledge in what it takes to move a client to the next level. Kristine Believes that the body is designed to endure whatever comes it’s way, but it is telling our minds to do the same.
Kristine was also a college soccer player, gymnastic, and artistic ice skater.

However, In the last two years I have lost 31 pounds
Took my mile time from 10.31 to 6.40
Can perform 110 pushups in two minutes
Can bench press 65 lbs 50 times.
