Hi Strong Beautiful Women,
I have looked at the competitions for 4 years now, and finally am working on getting in shape for them. I know I have at least 55-60 pounds to lose before I can be at a good size for the competition. Any tips for someone like myself with what seems to be a long way to go. I very much would like to enter a competition June or July 2010!

Hello. You would rather need a motivational factor for the competition. I am peculiarly not advising you on any exercise routines that you should follow because you will be getting hundreds of them on the internet. I would just suggest that you keep yourself motivated by stocking up your home with music, cd's aerobics and machines.
