I'm at a point where I just want to lose about another 3% BF. I'm at 13.7 and now at 104 pounds....BUT I also want to gain muscle.
Do I keep myself in a calorie deficit or do I go ahead and increase calories at least to maintenace?
I think I should stay in a deficit, but I'm so afraid of losing muscle and not sure I can gain any without eating more.
I eat right at 1500 calories right now with about 50% oming from protein.
