I am new to the fitness world, I have been training with my personal trainer for 11 weeks now. I have registered for the NY fitness comp but many of my questions have gone unanswered. I wanted to know...
-how many of you are training alone, or have hired fitness comp trainers?
-Do I need to take a gymnastics class?
-How many girls are in the comp?
Any advice anyone has would be appreciated.

It's interesting to read how people start training, find their style and their rhythm. How are you doing now? When I started training, it was hard for me. I hope you are doing well.
