If you want to train to compete or just to look like a competitor I am posting an exercise vid clip per day through my fitnessfigure facebook page for the month of April. Of course focused toward the female categories but I am certain most of these can apply to men and to other goals for those not competing too, other sports etc but it was designed in mind for the LADIES!!!
