Hi,make sure your diet consists of clean foods, and add a protein shake too. id say focus on your calories but make sure your getting adequate protein to replenish/repair muscles. dont neglect carbs or fat though, just make sure that its healthy! thanks

Yes you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, dont let people tell you otherwise! Working out hard is necessary but the key is good nutrition.
