Could Eye-Lift Cure Chronic Headaches?

Hi Ladies, as a part of my makeover I have planned to get an eye lift surgery to reduce the bagginess from lower eyelids and remove the excess skin from the upper eyelids as well by next month from a cosmetic surgery clinic in Toronto. I have got great feedback from my friends.
Recently I came to know that brow lifts can cure chronic headaches. Is it true? Has anyone experienced this before?
