Hi, I have been experiencing abscess on my front teeth over the last few weeks and I finally decided on removing the teeth and replacing it by a dental implant. My partner asks me to get the dental implants from a clinic in burlington (his dad got the implants from there and says it was a good experience) and and I am seriously considering it, but I'm quite afraid of tooth extraction but I don't have any other choice. Does it really hurt?
