I’m 22 years old and seriously planning to get rhinoplasty surgery. I have a big nose which is not proportional with my face. I feel like everyone is talking about my nose and that made me lose my confidence level. So I thought of getting nose surgery and have made an appointment with Dr. Oakley Smith in Toronto. I have heard there are two types of rhinoplasty surgery method- open and closed. Which one should I prefer to have minimal scarring after the surgery?
