weight loss is not only about dieting exercize is important. Make sure you are doing 30 tp 45 minutes of intense cardio 3 to 4 times a week. Also, it is a good idea to change up your work out routine to shock your body a bit.

How many calories are you eating per day? What type of things are you doing in the gym?

Losing weight is indeed the most difficult task over the centuries. it is not only about dieting, working out is equally very important. you must exercise cardio in order to get that shape. i would say practice it 5 to 6 times a week. may be that would work. And i think as far as routine is concerned stick to one routine.
