Glutamine is an amino acid that is excellent for a faster workout recovery, less muscle soreness and muscle gain.

8-)What supplements do I need to take as I feel very fatigued after each workout. I can not eat more than 3 meals in a day due to medical reasons. I'm eating protein, veggies and enough fruit. I have carbs with my evening meal. I am 5ft 5ins and weigh 126Ibs.

I would suggest having a pre-exercise snack and also consuming carbs within an hour after exercise. Also make sure you are well hydrated before during and after exercise. One great way to tell if your hydrated enough is if your urine is clear.

I'm a Deep Muscle Therapist now Training for my first Comp. I'm a STRONG believer of COURSE in Deep Muscle Therapy. It not only feels good, but will help maintain growth within; your muscles. I'm actually dating my trainer & he gets a massage weekly, he's planning to go pro this year. So, with that said...... TRY DEEP MUSCLE THERAPY. It's just as important as your diet as well as your work outs. Good Luck!!

After the first day of soreness, heat can be used to help blood flow to the muscle. This will help rebuilding take place and provide some soothing relief.

Sore Muscle relief can readily be acheived with hot water bath also. it can make you feel relaxed and i am sure it will reduce soreness as well.
