1/3 c. plain nonfat yogurt 2 T. plus 1/3 c. minced green onion, divided 2 T. light mayonnaise (I use Best Foods Just 2 Good) 1 T. Creole or Dijon mustard 1 T. sweet pickle relish pinch of garlic powder pinch of red pepper flakes 1 slice low-carb bread, processed into crumbs 1.25 lb. ground turkey breast 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 t. Cajun seasoning 2 egg whites
In a bowl, combine the yogurt, 2 T. green onions, mustard, relish, garlic powder, red pepper, and mayonnaise to make the sauce. Set aside. In another bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix with hands. Form 5 patties and grill on George Foreman or outdoor grill (or broil) until done. Serve with sauce.
To make Cajun seasoning at home:
2½ t. paprika 2 t. salt 2 t. garlic powder 1 t. black pepper 1 t. onion powder 1 t. cayenne pepper 1 t. oregano 1 t. thyme
Combine all ingredients in an airtight jar.
