Hi there! That's terrific you want to compete. We had such a fabulous time in Vegas and I am 36 yrs old- so you are a young 33. Let everyone know what area you are from and I am sure I or someone from Ms. Fitness can direct you to someone to help you.

AJ, I would like to recommend to you Christopher Riles is top-notch & a excellent choreographer he lives in the LA area you can contact him at aerobic@verizon.net & check out his website at triple-a.net. Christopher travels all over to train girls and give them choreography. Also Tatiana Anderson has an excellent book out on Fitness Competition called Step by Step Guide To Fitness Competition Success. Kristi, I would recommend purchasing a Ms Fitness pre-judging and watch the modeling round and also attend a few competitions as well. The Christopher Riles (Triple A Fitness Camp) is coming to Cincinnati in February. I will be there to help with competition camp as well as I will be leading a workshop on The Fat Flush Nutrition Principles. One of the top competitors, Amy Livingston will also be an essential part of helping with everything from modeling, fitness tips, choreography as well as how to impress and wow the judges with a charismatic performance. Competition Camp will be a major aid you in competition success. This is definitely a not to miss experience ! Mark your Calendar for President's Day weekend Feb 17-20th
