I am going to start training for the 2008 Ms. Fitness. Can anyone give me a step by step on what to do to get started? I should have no problem with strength and cardio, as I am a personal trainer. However, I am lacking in dance and flexibility. I would like to be able to do some of the balance poses ie, holding body on elbows. I plan on incorporating some yoga into my training. How else should I train for that. I plan on hiring a dance professional to help me with my routine. Are there any former competitors in Indiana that could give adivce? I am right outside indy. I will take any advice that anyone has to offer.
