Hello ladies. I have been pretty fit most my life. I have ran track, played basketball, taken several aerobic classes, ballet for a couple years, and now taking hip-hop, and have an extensive weight training background. The past 3 months I have been heavily involved in weight training, cardio classes, hip-hop class, and swimming. I'd love to try and compete for some fitness competitions, and I know that I am no where near prepared for Miss Fitness USA. How did you start if I might ask, and what can I do to find a coach in my area that's reputable? Thank you so much!

Christopher Riles is an excellent choreographer and coach with a lot of experience you can contact him via email at Christopher@triple-a.net I would go and watch a contest in your local area and/ or buy the most recent Ms Fitness Prejudging videos which show evening gown, speech, physique in swimsuit and routine to give you a better idea. A great book for you to order would be The Step by Step guide to Fitness Competition Success by TATIANA ANDERSON. In the book Tatiana lists her diet and workout advice, as well as all the ins and out of competing. Good Luck!
