okay so is this something that i can do independently? or is this something that i need a personal trainer. nutritionist, choreographer, and all that jazz for.... i want to get started but the more i research the more it seems like this is a team effort....
and are the fitness camps really helpful?
is there any recommendations of where i can learn the basics of poise and all the other important things that i need to know with out going to a camp?
i'm not completely oppose camps there are just none that i have found in texas...

Hiring experts can really help you to be successful, but ultimately it is all up to you. Your the one that has to get your butt to the gym, watch what you eat, and practice your routine.
Competition Camp is excellent for anyone to attend and will certainly send you in the right direction.
Like with anything, what you put into it is what you'll get out of it.
